| Name origin | The name Arcfox is an English rendering of the Chinese name 极狐 (Jí Hú), which translates as arctic fox. The sources checked here do not give an official account of why BAIC chose it, so any link to the electric brand's image is interpretation. | Aion is the Western rendering of the Chinese name Āiān (埃安). The sources checked do not explain where the name comes from, so no meaning is claimed here beyond the fact that it is the brand's own coined-looking name. |
