| Name origin | Wikipedia does not state why the company chose the name Arrival. It is an ordinary English word, and the sources used here give no official explanation for the choice. | AC comes from the initials of the company's early names. It began as Autocars and Accessories in 1904 and became Auto Carriers Ltd. in 1911, and the letters A and C carried through every later change of owner and corporate name. |
